#0009 - Baggi
Just gonna come out and say this: Baggi is my most favorite drawing to date and (so far), none of my future drawings even come close to how far ahead this one is in first place.
There's just something about it. A living satchel with a Jack-O-Lantern face that is filled with fire...just perfect.
It's even got a happy little zipper mouth. What more could you want? What's that? You want three styles of fire? We've got that.
Bestiary Description:
The Baggi stands as a reminder of remembering to ask how far one should take magical experimentation:
You want to make a side-satchel that can hold a dragon's fire without consuming it? A fine idea.
You want to make that satchel sentient? Questionable, but there's no limit on what a magic user can use as a familiar.
You want to make it where that sentient satchel can fly and reproduce? You've gone too far. Kill it with...well, fire.
If only someone took a moment to ask whether or not they should have done this before they did. As it is, we now share a world with flying handbags filled with dragon's fire that can procreate. And their numbers are growing.
